"No Customer Service!!!"

The restaurant has absolutely horrible service. The sign at the hostess stand says seat yourself, so I did. I sat for 20 minutes and was never waited on, not even offered a glass of water. When I approached the bartender and asked for a server I was told I will get to you when I can. Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. As far the room, the light was broken in the bathroom and the shower head was also broken. Horrible experience.

Bed linens and pillows are amazing, and the room was spotless. Shower has incredible water pressure. Nice restaurant and indoor pool. The building has a cool layout and is well-designed. This is a great value. Huge windows looking out onto beautiful Autumn foliage.

No complaints at all. I had a great stay.
