"Viel zu klein, personal unfreundlich, Frühstück sehr einfach"

Sehr kleine Zimmer, kleines Doppelbett, Dusche mit Gardinen auf Kachelboden, Personal unfreundlich, und ich hatte Hotel mit Parkplatz gesucht- in Wirklichkeit waren die wenigen Parkplätze immer besetzt. Frühstück- sehr einfach. Und der Tee- billigste Marke. Vor meinem Zimmer dauerhaft lautes Geräusch. Angeblich wussten Mitarbeiter nichts davon( Lüftung/ Wasser.. keine Ahnung). Und im Zimmer nicht mal ein Tisch, extrem klein, dabei hatte ich Doppelzimmer gebucht. Ich habe in anderen Moxy Hotels übernachtet, war immer zufrieden!

"Hotel gut - angenehmer Aufenthalt - Parkhaus zu teuer"

Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab mehr Auswahl für veganes Essen als in anderen Hotels in denen ich war. Mir hat auch die eine Ecke in der Lobby gut gefallen, die an ein Wohnzimmer erinnert. Für den Preis ist auch der Fitnessraum echt in Ordnung, auch wenn etwas klein wenn man Mattenübungen machen möchte.

- Wenn die Tür bei anderen Zimmern zufällt ist es sehr laut und erschreckend, insb. wenn man schläft. - Das Parkhaus ist extrem teuer mit 23,-. Direkt nebenan (2 min Fußweg) ist ein Parkhaus mit 10EUR/Tag, bzw. am WE 3EUR/Tag. - Ich habe vorab angerufen um ein paar Informationen zu erfahren. Die Person am Telefon hat statt meine Fragen zu beantworten mir Informationen gegeben, die ich nicht brauchte. Als ich das äußerst ruhig (!) anmerkte und meine Frage wiederholen wollte, kam als Antwort "Beruhigen Sie sich. Ich regel das." -> im Gegensatz zu dem Herrn war ich ruhig, gar nichts wurde geregelt und einfach nur meine Zeit verschwendet. Sollte es an der Sprache gelegen haben, hätte man gerne um ein Gespräch auf Englisch bitten können.
