Sheraton Commander Hotel

Good property that is undergoing needed room Reno. Common areas are good and good location with walking distance to Harvard square.

It was a really nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back :)

Very clean, great location!

I knew it was a good hotel, exactly in the middle of Harvard; across Radcliffe institute- it was a perfect choice for me. The smell of the hotel, the comfort, cleanliness, safety, cozy atmosphere- I really didn’t want to leave! Thank you for this, will be back!

Perfect location with a very attentive staff. The rooms were large and well appointed. A minor issue is that they are undergoing a renovation which created a less attractive decor in areas but it was no impediment to enjoying my stay

We loved the hotel, the location and the service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very walkable to a lot of places.

Great location and nice bar/ restaurant

So disappointed with what used to be one of my favorite Bonvoy properties. The king size bed had two 3-4 inch "valleys" which made for a roller coaster night of sleeping. My flight was delayed, and the staff refused to acknowledge my elite status for my spouse who arrived on time. Although rules are rules, my Lifetime Titanium status has come at the expense of not being at home with them, so they are an extension of me. I expect the red carpet for them. To save about $30 in actual food costs for comp breakfast buffet, they interpreted the t&c as narrowly as possibly instead of focusing on long-term loyalty and hospitality service. We checked out after first night of a three-night stay, costing them around $500 in lost revenue. We moved to the Harvard Square Hotel, which is a basic comfort property but has very comfortable beds, excellent service, better location and lower price.
