使っていないパーキング料金が間違って請求されていて、レセプションに伝えて金額を変更させた。修正後の領収書をメールで送ると言ったが届かない。

I loved the location however we had reserved two full sized beds and when we arrived they told us that they overbooked and gave us a king sized. I paid more for two beds, wanted two beds for me and my grown son and wound up in an awkward situation. They said it happens all the time so beware that this may happen to you too. We were flying in from Europe and just wanted to sleep or we would have gone elsewhere.

Staff was courteous and very helpful. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Nice clean well appointed bathroom. Amazing location. Wish there were fridge, microwave in room
