Hampton by Hilton Paris Clichy

The hotel is located one stop outside the city of Paris. There are buses and also a metro/train station nearby. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff were very friendly to us. We felt very comfortable.

Hôtel propre et confortable. Personnel accueillant. Petit-déjeuner inclus bien fourni. Seul bémol, pas de bouteille d'eau de courtoisie dans la chambre. Hôtel dans un quartier calme, mais un peu éloigné des stations de métro.

We overall enjoyed our stay however the beds are rock hard. My husband bought a Coke Zero from their little lobby store and was charged 2€ on the first day and the second day was charged 4€ and was told the day before was a mistake and only regular coke was 2€ not Coke Zero. The hotel is about a 15€ Uber ride to the major attractions. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some others, not so much. I am a person with disabilities and was treated excellent my husband found he was not treated as well as I was. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Everyone was very nice to us. We stayed in room’s 200 & 202. That were adjoining so my niece & daughter could have their “own place” & us moms had our own space. Everyone was helpful and even if they we’re having a bad day you would not know it.
