Hampton by Hilton Paris Clichy

We have just two problems, first , the room services is not good enough...they just changed the towels only two times in 6 nights! Bedsheets only once in 6 nights!...second thing is they told me to leave a deposit as an insurance amount 25 euros/ night...and i offered to leave it in cash and they told me it should be by a credit card and after my stay they will return the money in 24 hours...surprisingly after my stay they told me just wait at least one day to have my money back! I was sooo disappointed from this issue! Rather than that , everything was good , breakfast and cleanliness of the room (though it is a little small) , location...etc. Thanks .

Overall really great. Just minor stuff like loose light fittings and doors not working exactly right. Also, they have a clothes washer and dryer, which is super great, but the dryer doesn't really work. We got our clothes washed, but it took two days and three dryer runs to get anywhere close to dry. The location is also just outside Paris, so if all your activities are in the city you'll be spending more on cabs/Ubers/etc to get to where you want to go. E.g. it's about 25-30 Euros to get from the hotel to the Eiffel tower.

Poor heating, no fridge, false fire alarms and front desk poorly trained. Went to ask for help and the agent had 9 people checking out but with no one to help. Took us 20 minutes to get serviced.

Very good hotel

Loved our stay. The only thing I wish is that they at least make a few changes to the breakfast menu every other day. Other than that, service was excellent, and the hotel was well kept!

Hotel very nice and quiet. Good area.

All In all it was OK. The aircondition didnt work. The breakfast buffet wasnt that much.

Housekeeping was not the best. We had some dirty glasses for days in our room and no one in housekeeping picked them up. The breakfast buffet was excellent, however, it would be good if they change the menu occasionally not to eat the same thing every day.

Super good Hotel, but A very dangerous neighborhood, full of drugged Arab immigrants, crime, and neglect. The hotel is lovely, but the location is really bad. Not recommended at all, dangerous to walk around the hotel, very low level restaurants, streets full of drugged.
