Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi

It’s a nice enough place but because the central feature at the front of this site is a pool, giving the entire hotel a lingering scent of chlorine. The layout is not intuitive, so I got lost a couple of times. Staff is pleasant. I would have liked to try the steakhouse but I wasn’t informed that it was undergoing renovation. The breakfast is not worth the price, I drove five minutes to a Coney Island and got the same meal, freshly cooked, for less. Overall, my experience was average. I really can’t say I’d stay there again.

The room was ok but the door stuck horribly. The pool was relocated inside the first floor right behind the bar, so all you could smell was chlorine.

Clean and very friendly staff.

Bathroom door was hard to close and would pop open. Shower curtain didn’t go the length of the tub. Most importantly.. when we woke up this morning, my daughter’s side of the bed was infested with tiny bugs all over her phone, water bottle, shoes. When we left we told the front desk and was informed that since we booked with a 3rd party that we had to address it with Hotel.com. I would appreciate someone reaching out to acknowledge our inconvenience.

I liked the walk out in room. Nice bed. Friendly and helpful staff. All food was just ok.

Paid way too much for an unseasoned breakfast. Charging for room and deposit is too much.

Shopping center and lots of great restaurants very close by. A few minutes drive to the trade fair grounds.

Breakfast was nothing special. They ran out of pastries already at 8 o'clock and it took 30 minutes for the staff to refill them. for 15 dollars I would imagine a much better breakfast.
