Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi

Walking in you can immediately see that the hotel is in need of repairs. The carpet in the entryway was coming up and some tiles were broken/missing. The hallway leading to my room had small square holes cut into the walls. My room had gouges in the walls and a stain on the ceiling above the bed. The bathroom door didn't shut completely. The tv wouldn't connect to the internet, so I couldn't use any of the streaming services.

Nice and clean. Well illuminated parking.

this is the worst Four Points hotel I've ever been, it's bit up from inside and outside, needs a lot of repairs

All was great. It just wasn't the room I originally booked and it wasn't an upgraded room that's for sure

Getting into the room was simple, the hotel room was nice but there was not hot water and after 4 phone calls over an almost 5 hour period I was more than disappointed.

Room was very spacious and clean. Liked the fridge/ microwave in room for the rate. I did not use the bar, but the area looked very nice and spacious. Although the pool was large and appeared very clean, I did not like that it was in the lobby and not closed off. The smell of chlorine throughout the hotel and in my room was overwhelming
