DoubleTree by Hilton New Bern - Riverfront

We were warmly greeted by Shelly when we arrived. She led us to our table and gave us the options. We ordered omelets compliment, the buffet (unfortunately they were out of cheddar). While we were getting items from the buffet, Shelly came back to us and advised that the truck had just arrived if we would still like cheddar but may take a minute longer. Sejal delivered our omelettes, that came out quicker than expected. Food was great. Service was excellent. Especially remembering and following up with our requests.

I particularly enjoyed the delicious and well-prepared breakfast buffet. The hotel's convenient location was perfect for exploring the area, and I appreciated the high-quality service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Everything was great!! Sejal and Shelly are always helpful!! I look forward to seeing them!! They are the best every time we come!! The cook is also the best!! The front desk ladies are amazing as well!! Rooms are clean hotel is literally like home!!

Me and my husband checked in on this hotel and it was great. The view is amazing and the housekeeping was great especially Eileen she did a great job at cleaning our room. I recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our stay

Our experience here was great. The locations were perfect to hit all the Downtown activities and close the to the restaurants. The room was very clean and housekeeping was well serve! Will definitely stay again here.

Had a genuinely good experience last week while travelling. The room was immaculate and when I saw one of the housekeepers- May Ann, I believe, I could tell she was working hard and not just pushing a cart around. I needed an extra pillow and she responded immediately, and brought it to me. I shared to her that my room was perfect and that I had not experienced such a neatly fixed bed. It might seem like a small thing, but knowing you are sleeping on a bed that many others have slept on gets easier when it feels like a brand new bed when you look at it for the first time. Hats off to the housekeeping staff.

It was a wonderful stay. May from housekeeping was so helpful and polite. Rooms are well maintained and properly is very nice. Would love to visit again.
