Location was perfect being right in the downtown area. Host was super accommodating and let us check in early.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the centre of Sorrento!! This wonderful place was a great size with a massive bathroom (by European standards). The hosts were very easy to coordinate with and happy to help us with any and all questions we had about the area. The location was perfect! Tucked in a side street off the main strip filled with shops and restaurants. At the end of the street there's a wonderful little park with amazing views out across the harbour back to Vesuvius. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely chose Cortes on our next visit to Sorrento!!

Good location

The shower was cold and we messaged to let them know and nobody messaged us until after we had checked out conveniently, also the towels were not changed and there is a charge for a change of towels!! I have stayed in a good few places at different ends of the price scale and NEVER have I been charged for a change of towels! We felt this was terrible service and by no means the norm! The very small corridor outside of the room was used as a small storage area which did not leave much room to get around and somebody with limited mobility would struggle! Also a 10am checkout most places are 11am at the earliest and there is no-where to leave bags if you have a late flight like we did, we had to pay to leave these in a different hotel location!
