"Exceptional"

Highly recommend. The property manager Valeriia was supper friendly and accomodating. She was also quick to respond if I had any questions. The properly was spacious and clean. It’s also in a prime position as you’re located inside the City Centre. I will definitely be booking here again.

Location and Valeria was nice.

Dirty, it was hard to believe but there was a cockroach on our bed sheet in the morning, bed is uncomfortable, broken stuff around the room(shower and curtain). I would definitely ask for refund and go somewhere else if I had to stay more days(we were luckly only one night). Avoid this at all costs, also I had alergic reactions probably due to hygiene of the place.

Location was perfect. The room was spacious. Lift while small was convenient. Fridge with complimentary water.

Unfortunately, though very lovely, our host was unprofessional and unreliable. Firstly she showed up 30 minutes late to our agreed meeting time to hand over keys, this was an issue as we were initially instructed to park in a resident only parking zone for 5-10 minutes whilst someone would collect the car and park it. She then sent a message asking when she could collect the city tax, when provided a time frame, she did not show up nor respond to the message, which left us waiting for her. To sum it up, the communication with her was just terrible. The water has been cold half the time. The third bed is metal framed, uncomfortable and too small for an adult. The coffee machine was not working. Nothing to block the light in the morning.
