"Comfortable location"

Location was good, staff were friendly and room was comfortable.

Coffee machine was filthy, covered with dust and water in chamber was not clean. Continental breakfast was limited and facilities were difficult to navigate. Had to ask for water for the kettle to make hot drinks. Very little space to do toast. The whole set up posed a risk of burns and scolds.
