It was very nice, rooms were new and siper clean, also staff was attentative and very friendly. I would come back anytime!!

Comfortable and well decorated rooms. Friendly staff, even if often they seemed a little distracted (apart from the lady who checked us in who was spot on, as was the chambermaid we spoke to).

Minor gripes in that the heating took a while to kick in and the heated towel rail wasn’t working. Those didn’t affect us too much though. The biggest disappointment however, was the breakfast. Honestly, I was so surprised and not for the right reasons unfortunately. Completely self-service in a small cramped corner of the dining room. Very basic and limited choice, and inferior quality ingredients as far as I could tell. Supermarket cereals galore but not much else. The only really enjoyable thing was the fresh fruit salad. White bread, no brown and in this day and age I find that surprising. My husband is French and he just shook his head when he tried a croissant and found it was stale. Ham far too salty. “Plastic” cheese slices. It was such a disappointment and didn’t seem in keeping with the rest of the standards at the hotel. Honestly, I don’t know whose idea it was/is to have such a mediocre breakfast on offer but it definitely put a dampener on an otherwise lovely stay.

Great location ,Fantastic staff especially Kim very helpful, very good food easy parking ,only a continental breakfast on offer but that was good and plenty of it , will be going back great stay .l

Only thing that could of been better was the heating the room it was A/C which I don't think was working properly,fan kept coming on in middle of the night even when turned off .

We were very impressed - both inside and outside- the decor was both warm and inviting- the outside was well kept and the foliage was lovely - both main area and bedroom was nicely furnished and cosy

Loved the decor and very helpful staff. Absolutely stunning room and spotlessly clean.

The breakfast was continental and self- serve which was not very clear at time of booking. It would be better if filtered or ground coffee was available rather than instant. A larger serving table would also make it more convenient for guests.
