Excellent housekeeping support when we came in with muddy shoes from hiking. She not only directed us to an outdoor faucet but also provided us scrub sponges, soap, rags and plastic bags for transport.

Good loacatiom nice atmosphere rooms. We’re lacking for the price. Not what we were looking for no Ocean access and quite a long way to the beach.

Noisy bedroom due to ventilation. Service staff not very friendly, food and service terrible. Will not stay at this hotel again. Bathroom shower was with bath and shower curtain and no hot water. Really don’t need to say any more except that happily I’m leaving with my wife tomorrow.

The resort location is great. The pools, the beach, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The room is equipped with kitchen and great for family. My child took his first ever surfing group lesson offered by hotel staff.

Property was excellent, staff was great. Lava restaurant good location on the water for food and drinks. Rum Fire restaurant was excellent but definitely recommend reservations. The property is located near many restaurants and shops as well. Good amount of beach access for ocean activities and did I mention amazing sunsets!!!

20 minutes waiting time to check in, probably it is too much for a hotel in this price bracket. Limited options for breakfast. I wouldn't stay again.

Great experience! Clean quiet, located close to beach, shopping and places to eat. Lavas restaurant on the beach. Food and view are excellent. I would definitely return here again.
