I’ve stayed at Ibis properties all over the world, and this was easily the worst I’ve experienced—and one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had overall. At check-in, I clearly asked (in Spanish) the receptionist, Cami, for two quiet rooms for my father and me, as we are both sensitive sleepers. She assured me we would be placed on the backside of the building. That promise was not honored. Only one of us received a quiet room—my father was put in a front-facing room exposed to constant street noise, including loud music until 2:00am. What made this even more frustrating is that when my father went to address the issue in the middle of the night, the same receptionist (Cami) attempted to charge him to change rooms—despite the fact that the hotel had failed to deliver what was explicitly promised at check-in. To make matters worse, any chance of rest in the morning was ruined by the cleaning staff. At 7:30am, they were loudly talking in the hallways and using walkie-talkies, waking us up abruptly. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it reflects a complete breakdown in communication, accountability, and basic guest consideration. If you explicitly promise something as simple as a quiet room, especially when requested for a specific reason, you need to follow through—not shift the burden onto the guest after the fact. This experience fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from the IBIS brand, and I would strongly caution others who value basic service reliability,

Localização, custo-benefício, café da manhã muito bom, o restaurante é uma ótima opção para jantar, staff muito gentil.

Eu sei que é um Ibis, mas o quarto é pequeno e não tem frigobar.
