We stayed in hotels that told us our halfway next destination; It was nice to be able to relax before we went. I enjoyed walking to get there. And there were restaurants close enough and available. thank you very much.

The room was very small. My Wife and I had a hard time moving around. The tv was hard to use or understand.

Great location and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Water pressure in shower could have been better.

Calvin makes the experience. This is our second stay at this location and I was immediately excited to chat with Calvin. He’s fun and funny without being annoying. Rooms are fine, the place is clean and nice. Breakfast hours are weird. 6-9 with a 12 checkout? I understand this promotes people leaving earlier but it’s weird. Ask Calvin anything, he’ll give you his honest opinion. I’ve only seen him work evenings so make sure you check in before 11 to get the greatest experience.

2nd time staying here while passing through. Calvin is the best at the front desk

Our family uses this hotel each time we come to Staunton/Harrisonburg are where other family members live. It always meets expectations

The hotel itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious that the staff takes pride in keeping the property looking great and making sure guests have a positive experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will absolutely stay here again in the future!

TRU is our go to in Staunton! Kristy and Latoya great us as family every time! Service is impeccable! Rooms are spacious and comfortable! And the breakfast will fill you right up! This trip was an emergency! Our car had issues and we knew we could depend on the staff to help us out. They directed us to a service place and guaranteed us a room extension if needed! They go out of their way for us on our leisure trips and came through on this!
