Great location, friendly staff

The walls were extremely thin so I hear my neighbor's loud music. The breakfast bar was kind of awful too, the pancakes tasted like cardboard

We stayed here one night while passing through. The hotel was very clean. Our room was a king bed. The rooms are smaller than some but we knew that going there. Obviously too, very modern looking but clean and simple. Walk in shower was great! Stephanie at the front desk was great and directed us to a local place to eat, The Depot Grill which had great food. There’s many other eating options in the area too. Breakfast at the hotel was normal. I would stay here again if passing through.

I had a wonderful stay at the tru by Hilton Staunton, VA, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, modern, and colorful, creating a very positive and comfortable environment. the common areas are thoughtfully designed and are great for being productive if you have work to do, while still feeling relaxed and inviting. The staff truly stood out during my stay. Erin, Latoya, and Calvin were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating to any needs I had. they are genuinely kind people and also very enjoyable to talk to if your social, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional-- honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Everything was well stocked, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. I was also impressed by the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, which is a small detail but made a big difference. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. You never go long without seeing someone tidying up or maintaining the space, and the entire hotel feels very clean and well cared for. Additionally, the noise level is very low, so there were no disruptions and it was easy to relax and sleep comfortably. One fun extra touch was the playlist in the lobby-- it was so good that I ended up adding several songs to my own playlist. They are dog friendly as well and my boy had the best time here and got a lot of love from staff. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in comfort, cleanliness, service, and atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.
