Yantai Marriott Hotel

I was honest with them, they just lied to me in front of my face!!!!! Given that there was a small outbreak of Covid-19 in Beijing Area, I phoned the hotel just before i departed from beijing to verify if customers from beijing are allowed. They told me that i was able to check-in but i was denied to check-in when i stood in front of the reception desk even if i provided a health code which clearly states that i was ok. they told me i have to provide two Nucleic acid test report and there must has two or three days interval between the two tests but the Sheraton told me that i only have to provide a validated test results. I proposed that i could do the test right after the check-in.they refused the advice and just kicked me out the hotel without any assistance. by the way, I am a Titanium member of Marriott. There are hotels along the beach, like Hilton,Sheraton and many more. You are not limited to this one, don't make your journey unhappy.

Business trip living in Marriott Yantai, Quite surprised by the service of front desk and staff. View by the room is better than my expectations. Great dinner in ADD, a lot of people there when I arrived, the staff gave a lot of service when I was waiting, food in general is good but do much more kinds could be better.

This is a pretty good Marriott property with courteous service and stunning views. I reserved a sea-view room. The hotel photos strongly suggest rooms have balconies but my room did not and windows only opened a tiny slit, an almost criminal oversight by the architect. High floors do however get a great view. The in-room dining was served in plastic to-go boxes, which resulted in the Fish&Chips being soggy and unsatisfying. This can easily be remedied by serving on restaurant silverware.

깨끗하고, 서비스 만족함

예전보다 코로나19 및 모기업 세미나로 전체적으로 분위기 어수선하였음. 19층 클럽라운지는 현재 폐쇄 중이며 별도로 2층에서 서비스(?)를 하고 있지만 창문도 없는 어두운 곳에서 식사를 해야됨. 라운지의 여유와 야경을 즐기는 것은 포기해야됨. 차라리 일반 객실 예약 후 저녁 뷔폐 예약하는 것이 비용이 더 저렴함. 서비스 인원도 아직 부족하여 수영장등의 청소상태는 좋지 않았음. 그래도 5성급 호텔에 맞게 서비스 인원의 친절함과 응대는 만족스러웠음. 단지 아쉬움은 너무 서비스 인원이 작아서 뭔가 부탁하기도 미안한 느낌...

Very good and clean property. Everything functions well

침대가 아주 괜찮았고, 덕분에 숙면이 가능 했슴. 전체적으로 시설은 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절함. 호텔 쪽문으로 나있는 해변까지 20미터만 걸으면 도착이 가능하고 조식도 한국음식이 관찮게 비치되어 있어 만족 스러웠슴. 다만 아직 주변 인프라가 부족한게 아쉬움 택시를 타면 10분정도 거리에 시내가 있음.

Been staying in Yantai for business in the past year and Marriott Yantai been the worse between all Room service is always wrong and slow, they never accommodate your late night food requests and on top of that it will take you 10 minutes to explain to anyone what exactly you want If this is a Marriott then why isnt English int NOT a requirement for employees? You would think since this area is always full of foreigners, some one might know how to communicate

It was a great experience to stay at Marriott Yantai. Nice view and kind of person(Mia) and great service. Specially, Marriott prepared my breakfast at 5:30AM due to early flight. It is great support. See you next time Marriott.

Attention has been taken into the smallest detail, it's been one of the very best hotels I've ever been to, it's been great just to take a break from the outside world, a special moment to find yourself and this wonderful nature, the sea breeze of Yantai, overall I'd like to send me warmest compliments to the hotel and it's most outstanding delivery of performance, facilities and service. It's been a wonderful stay, the breakfast was pretty good, the lounge access quite convenient, congratulations, please keep it up and stay tuned.
