I loved the process in the evening of getting into my room so quickly and how clean the hotel was.

I booked a room to “pay at the property” I did the pre check in and verified my card like I was supposed to. I wasn’t going to be back into town until later in the evening which is why I booked pay at property as well as my paycheck wouldn’t be in my account until right before I arrived. Anna from the morning staff proceeded to try and run my card and then called and told me it would be canceled if I didn’t have payment over voicemail (I was at work during this time and couldn’t answer) I stepped away from my job and called back and explained the room I booked and why she again insisted that my room would be canceled if I didn’t have payment in 2 hours. If you giving the option to pay at property why isn’t staff directed to wait until the guest arrives at the property like I had booked? I have worked from desk and I know when and how to process payments. I also know it states how to client booked the room. It was very frustrating being stressed at work and dealing with this when I feel like I shouldn’t have had to step away from my day to deal with this. I will be staying there again next month for a trip and I hope my experience is much better the morning of. The evening staff was hands down amazing and very comforting when I explained the issue I had as she could hear the stress in my voice. Thank you and I hope you have a splendid week!
