I believe none changed the sheets cuz we saw hairs on it and have to change by ourselves in the midnight.

"Exceptional"

Staff was amazing caring and kind not what you would usually recieve from hotel staff. They talked to you and they understood the needs.

The bed was way too hard for me but others might like that not a huge deal breaker.
