Bed bugs in our room

Breakfast was alright, laundry services were good.

After already staying there a night, the front desk lady would not allow me to go to my room until I identified myself and provided my room number. I told her I didn’t want to and asked why she was requiring these things. She told me it was because it’s at night in downtown Spokane, she’s a woman and it’s for her safety. I accidentally provided her the incorrect room number (I gave her the room number of the hotel I had been staying at up until the morning prior of this incident. Also, the numbers were similar. 308 previous room and 304 current room.). She stopped me at the elevator and again refused me from taking the elevator until I provided the correct room number and my full name. At the elevator, she looked very frightened. Other things abt hotel: road is loud, homeless all around hotel, WiFi is around 6mbps in my room. The AC does not have a constant fan setting to quiet out the roads, so I had to play white noise to sleep (something I haven’t needed to do since working 3rd shift with kids in the house, and I stay at lots of hotels). The shower is very slippery. I must request towels at front desk. Zero room service of any kind, but this isn’t really a big deal.

There was coffee spilled down the wall when I arrived and stains on the lampshades.

The breakfast was ok but minimal. It was more like a snack.

The furniture in the room was worn out. The door on the armoire fell off when I opened it. The exhaust fan in the room was making noise.
