I appreciated the staff, but they were unable to resolve my concerns. Their willingness to help was there, but the problems with the room made it impossible to enjoy the stay.

We checked into a room that was filthy and completely unacceptable: stained sheets, hair in the bathtub, and dirty doors — all documented with photos. After an 800-mile trip we expected a clean, usable room, but instead we had to strip the bed, clean surfaces, and request fresh sheets ourselves just to make the room barely usable. We spoke with staff during our stay, emailed the hotel on August 31 after checkout, and again 4 days later. On September 7, we even received an automated text asking if we wanted to talk with someone and to reply with “Y,” which we did — yet no one ever followed up. To this day, we still have not received any response. The property failed to meet even the most basic standard of cleanliness, leaving us to do the hotel’s job. This was stressful, unsanitary, and far below what the Wyndham brand promises.
