Safe! Quiet! Clean! Walkable! Easy Parking! Convenient! Great Value Stay!

It was exciting and fun. The saff were helpful and warm. We hope to return in the future. Spokane people are warm indeed. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel.

I was asked to upgrade to a two room suite and I did. I don’t know what the definition of a sweet is, but it’s bogus. No housekeeping service provided, no lights in the bathroom, paint peeling off the walls. What a dump. The people there are nice enough, with that property is disgusting.

Clean, spacious, and fully equipped room! Good free breakfast gets you start your day with full energy! Completely satisfied!

The pictures online did not match up with our room reservation. There was a very tiny sink in the bathroom with no counter space and the toilet was low to the ground. This isn't normally a big deal, but I had to have surgery and it made it difficult to navigate the bathroom. Things were pretty dusty in our room and it wasn't fully stocked with towels, tissue paper, ect. so we had to request them. Our room phone also did not work. We had a pretty noisy neighbor above us the first night, but luckily the manager was able to take care of it for us and we didn't continue to have issues. I think the conditions of this place were pretty typical for downtown spokane. Next time, we will probably look for a place outside of town that is cleaner and more updated.

We did not like that the bathroom switch was outside the bathroom. Coffee in am breakfast room was cold

The personnel staff they were all professional and Curtis and respectful and helpful they did everything in a power to help me get through what I was going through I want to thank them

The Baymont was conveniently located. Staff were professional. Our room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was substantial.
