Villa Francesa Guest House

Location is good. The building is old and cold. The water on the bathtub was leaking and the floor was full of water after showering. The kitchen is missing cutlery and equiment. The gas emissions from the heater (boiler) with gas ended up in the kitchen instead of going out. The tube which is normally part of the heater was missing and the emissions were being released in the living room. We found hair on the towells and bedding

For that amount of money, it was OK

If they would be honest that the kitchen is not equipped with any appliances, I would rise the score.

Location was perfect! Close to most beautiful beaches in world, close to shops and city centre. The house was nice and comfortable, little bit old fashioned, but okay. There was communal kitchen with almost everything in need and cute outside terrace, warm shower and clean bed. We also had neat room neighbors! Also the price was very affordable.

At first we didn't get how to get in, but when we called the owner, everything got fixed. Maybe too hot in bed sheets sometimes, maybe kitchen was not always clean, but that is more on room neighbors, but it was fine, we didn't mind at all.

Super affordable and nice basic accomodation. Was perfect for what we needed.

Nice big room, with all of the facilities. It was easy to find the key to the apartment.

The room and bathroom were clean and had enough space. The kitchen is extremely equipped and spacious. The location is very good to enjoy the beach and easy to find.

Our only issue was with the shower, the shower is good and works really well, but the shower space is very small and is even more limited with the curtain that invades and is almost under the shower. The bathroom has some problem with the plumbing because in the first minute of showering the water starts to accumulate.
