Villa Francesa Guest House

The location is great. Easy check-in. Free off street parking available. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Easy enough to walk to (although it is up a hill). Comfortable accommodation and great communication from the host regarding check-in procedure.

There were some ants (just a few) in the room which appeared to be getting in through a crack in the ground. The shower wasn't great.

It’s a great location, easy to walk to the beach, to the town.

The property was not clean. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and clearly not cleaned. The patio had sticky spots all over and very old coffee spills on the coffee table. The floors and bathrooms were fine, but it was clear that no one ever cleans under the beds or move furniture to clean behind it.

The location is great. The bed is ok. The guy was nice. It was nice that there’s a refrigerator.

The bathroom is stinky, smell so bad even in the room. There’s 2 lights in the room but the other one was not working it seems that is broken.

Bed was very comfortable and there was a bathtub in my room! Quilt was very cosy! Great big kitchen to share... Very quiet location.

I didn't see any signage to make 100% sure I was coming into the right property. The owner created a video for me and I was 99% sure but there was no name sign outside. Very small detail.
