Close to the metro. Nice neighborhood with few cafes around. The bed was comfortable.

The location of the place was very good, well connected by piublic transport This place has a lot of potential as initially it was build with good infrastructure There was a AC to control temperature Large room and large bed Lot of space to keep things and large appartment Wifi Connection good

The worst thing was the ignorant behaviour of the host. Once booked, he sends automated reply for check-in. Thats where he ends the conversation. You can try but never connect with him afterwards. When we went there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which was horrible. But more horrible, was the fact that when we reached out to him, he didnt care to reply. Also the dryer was not a hot dryer, just a slow moving fan. We sent him a msg on booking.com and then on his whatsapp. What came back was an automated reply to review his place. He doesn't care if we face any problems after going to his place. The bathroom was extremely moist and cold. There were no toileteries, no soaps or shampoos or wash gel, just a big bottle of hair conditioner which some other guest had left previously. There were big spiders in the house and at places broken strips of plastic coming from mattress. The toilet seat was broken. It seems once, when he set the place, he seemd to care about it. But now, he has left it in the hand of incompetent caretakers who cant even place toilet papers or basic toilteries in the bathroom.

Easy to access to the center with metro

Oh my god.. bed smells mold. Sooooooooo bad. EVEN when we arrived. We were Sooooooooo regret with the smell. Don't stay there. Also the owner never reply on your questions.

Being only 3 minutes walk from the Francos metro station meant that the location was perfect for exploring Porto. You could get into the city centre quickly and cheaply. The apartment itself had real potential but requires some TLC. The self check in works very well and the apartment is easy to find. The aircon was also a real bonus.

There were two main issues: 1. CLEANLINESS. Although it had obviously been given a sweep through, it wasn't very clean. The sheets had stains on them, there was food residue still on the cutlery and pots and the microwave hadn't been wiped out. 2. FACILITIES. Not all the facilities listed were available (toaster, toiletries, clothes airer, hairdryer not hot etc). You also weren't able to run a bowl of water in the kitchen to do any washing up as the waste pipe plumbing was so poor that it flooded the kitchen floor when you let the water go. Hopefully, these problems can be rectified as the place has so much potential given the location.

The location was very close to the metro making transportation easy. It was clean and had great amenities. We were able to make breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and wash our clothes, it was perfect timing as we were staying in Porto half way through our trip.

The air conditioner was leaking condensation. We put a bucket under to contain the water but the dripping made a very loud noise so we could not have air conditioner on while we slept. My only other complaint was that the toilet seat was detached from the toilet, it was sliding around and made using the washroom uncomfortable.
