Comfortable and clean with very helpful staff and breakfast was lovely. Beautifully fur and decorated. Perfect location in Grasmere for hiking in the hills and exploring the town.

Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. Biscuits & fresh milk offered for tea. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly & informative staff.

No coffee machine, not a fan of filter coffee. Safety lights in bathroom not fitted properly (this was advised to the hotel and not a major concern). Small things which did not detract from our enjoyment at the hotel.
