How big the room was

The Parking. It was filled at the facility so I had to walk down the block with my bags and pay 40$ instead of 20

We had a fabulous time sitting on the balcony having our coffee while enjoying the beautiful hollywood beach and boardwalk. Tony was a fabulous host and gave immediate feedback. Will definitely visit again.
