Rooms are above a restaurant so a steep flight of stairs to get into the secure building. Rooms older and tired looking but very clean. Cant beat the location for the time of year pricing.

Flight of stairs was a small challenge, but doable.

Location to beach and view. Did not see any staff but email response was quick.

The room was not good. Kitchen was horrible, cabinets in bad condition, no kitchen towels or paper towels, no outlets except for a bank of outlets on the dresser, windows filthy and didn't open.

The property was right one the beach, but right over a restaurant that blast music from 8 am until 1 am so loud the floor vibrated. The room is large and had a kitchen which was helpful.

The beds were hard as rocks. The owner was very kind to allow us to switch rooms, but the beds were all very old and hard mattresses. There was no caulk under the shower door causing a river after every shower that we had to mop up. The loud music the entire stay defeated the purpose of our vacation which was to relax.
