The breakfast at Orbit was amazing. Tina, Ethan, and the cook were great. Compliments to the chef! Overall very friendly staff, minus the day I tried checking in early. Young white short guy on Thursday behind check in counter at 1pm was pretty rude when I asked for early check in. Lots of attitude from him about it. Really was no need for him to be that way. So I waited till 5:30 to come back and check in. The young lady then was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Satellite Hotel. It is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival, I felt as if I were transported to the 1960's which, I learned, is when this hotel was built. While it is an older building, it has been well maintained. The room I was in was obviously updated and very, very clean. I do think the balconies could use a makeover and more comfortable patio furniture. While most of my stay was quiet, that Friday night was hard to sleep as people outside and in the hallway were being rowdy. It doesn't seem like the hotel has any front desk worker or security overnight. Overall, I had a great stay.

I got charged for an extra night for checking out 8 minutes late. Do these people not understand it takes time to get to an elevator and then get downstairs? Was out of my room at exactly checkout time. Plus I had to wait for the attendant when I got down to the front desk to check out. The online checkout wouldn’t work either saying it couldn’t charge my card even though I’d already paid through Expedia. On top of this, when I got there it took 15 minutes for the attendant to check me in last night. Overall horrible customer service, don’t stay here
