Super great

It took literally 2 hours from the time I checked-in at the front desk to getting in my Room. The Rook key didn't work. And the next hours unfolded with failed effort after failed effort to get their system to work while I waited in the lobby. It wasn't clear whether or not it would ever work with their "new System." Front Desk Clerk was truly trying heartfully, but it was sickening that they couldn't get me in a room until 2 hours later. Expedia was no help on the phone. It was a paradox because I was already checked-in but couldn't get in my room. Finally, I got in a room, losing 2 hours of what I had otherwise planned to do.

Exceeded expectations. However breakfast bar. Salt and pepper grinder in stead of regular salt and pepper shakers. Dumb idea.

The view from the room was awesome. I stayed on the 4th floor. AC worked great. Had a microwave and a mini fridge in the spacious and clean room, and a balcony. Lots of services on the 1st floor and a pool. Electricity plugs were conveniently located.

The man at the desk was kind but we said because we were under 21 we couldn't get a room. Me and my partner are both over 18. It wasn't stated anywhere we couldn't book because of our age online or in the hotel. He showed us a policy stating that 17 year olds must be occupied but nothing about 18-20. There was no clarity about the age for booking and we were denied a room and had to go somewhere else. It was a waste of my money. And just from standing in the lobby and outside even, it was quite noisy.

The beds we’re comfortable but that’s it

When we arrived. there was no hot water had to wait till next day. The breakfast wasn’t good. They charged for the cereal. They served milk in a cup for two cereals wasn’t even enough. No juice or anything

Food options were great just wish cleaning staff came regularly for towels etc

On first day, room was clean, although poorly maintained. the lampshades had teard and holes in them, the balcony doors were impossible to open. the carpet on the balcony was worn and had holes in them. We had to switch to another room and the maid service took dirty towels and did not replace them, the next day our room and bed were not made and cleaned. The whole structure is in need of care, it is worn and putdated. the "free" breakfast had a choice of over done scrambled egg and the pancakes were rubber. We were given free water, but coffee or tea had to be purchased. the young man who assisted us in the "restaurant" was the best part of our experience.

We were there 3 nights second day we got moved to a different room because the water pressure in our shower was so bad either it was super hot or super cold water. After we got moved to the second room the smell of smoke in our room was horrible both days the smell of smoke was coming in from the top vent then the smell of what ever they where cooking had a headache both days fr the smell. We called front desk because our remote was not working when he came to our room he was accusing us smoking in the room which we don’t even smoke😒 I don’t think we will ever stay here again hallway smelled very old hotel dirty carpet
