The service is perfect and the personnel really helpful. Everybody is professional and especially Amaling, Rachel, Raymeen, Ismail and Hj.ziman. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Food is really good too. Thanks for everything

"Great hotel with amazing staff"

Our experience in at Radisson Brunei was very special. From the moment we checked in the staff were always at hand to help us in anyway they can and go above and beyond. Amalina, Rachel, Hj Ziman, Rayners and especially Ismail made us feel so welcome with the most wonderful Brunei hospitality.

A great hotel in Brunei. Walking distance to downtown, friendly staff, nice pool and gym. The room was clean and well appointed, wifi was fast and I enjoyed the breakfast. I hope to return!

We enjoy our stay the food we take away the waitress was helping us to bring to our room, he is so kind. Our luggage as well. The room is cleans. We are happy to stay here.

Booked 2 rooms and it was ok. Slightly disappointed that they couldn’t provide 1 room with 2 single beds, although we have already indicated our choice

The rooms we booked were for the correct number of people and it was indicated that breakfast was provided. But was told to pay for my children (13 & 10). We did pay for all 3 days we were there but it would be clearer to indicate this on the booking page. During check-in, was also told that breakfast is chargeable only for my 10yo child. Not sure why.. but oh wells

"Great stay overall"

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Beautiful ambience, the room is clean and spacious, with exceptionally comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, professional, and very responsive. Truly appreciate the refillable water station, such a convenient and thoughtful feature of a hotel that you rarely find at other hotels in Brunei. The swimming pool have kids section which is great for families with young children. Main downside was noise from the nearby main road at night. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would definitely return.
