The Radisson staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful whether front desk, restaurant or housekeeping. Food was excellent and the pool refreshing!

Location Breakfast Staff very well trained, respectful and courteous. They deserve a five star hotel to be honest.

I can honestly say this is the best hotel to stay at in Brunei, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bandar Seri Begawan. The location is excellent — close to the city's main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. My suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The view from the room was stunning and made my first trip to Brunei even more memorable. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. A special thank you to Jessie at the front desk, who was genuinely warm, professional, and so helpful throughout my stay — from pre-arrival communication right up until check-out. She truly made me feel like a valued guest. I'd also like to thank bellman Zhihan, who assisted me with my airport drop-off. He was not only courteous and efficient, but also incredibly knowledgeable — sharing fascinating insights about Brunei during the drive. It was the perfect way to end my trip. From the well-equipped rooms and great views, to the thoughtful touches and wonderful staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazingly friendly I felt well looked after and the breakfast buffet was great

I liked everything about the property but more frequent shuttles to the mall area would have been good. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night so didn’t get to visit their onsite souvenir shop which was a shame

The hotel is in central position and the rooms are comfortable and clea. The staff is super kind and nice, they provide for you for everything. International testaurant is good but O didn't try the indian one. Suggested for your trip in Brunei
