Staff was very helpful with some travel issues I had and helped make my stay great.

Everything. I can’t fault one thing here. The staff was amazing. Namely Aziz, Raymeen, Nazifa and Amalina. Literally felt like a family with all of them. It was Hari Raya (Eid ul Fitr) and they literally treated my like their own. I’ve been to 49 countries and this hasn’t happened anywhere. The location is fantastic and the breakfast had so many options. The gym is well stocked also. If I ever return back to Brunei I am definitely staying here.

My wife and I stay in many hotels around the world and we can't remember when we last experienced such a sincere, friendly and helpful team of hotel staff. They were ALL wonderful. At the risk of missing someone out, there was Jessie on reception, Ismail for his restaurant choices, Aziz for his guidance, Arlene at breakfast, Mukesh for his Indian cooking and not to forget Shefrika, Amalina, Nazita plus all of the room cleaning staff who were extremely efficient. Thank you for helping to make our stay special.

We came to Brunei for a friends wedding and stayed at the Radisson. It was very clean and the staff were friendly, especially Nazifa, Amalina & Aziz and the younger lady who worked in the restaurant who remembered our coffee order! Thank you :)

From the moment I pulled up in the taxi, the service was impeccable. Ismail whisked my luggage out of the car before I had even settled payment. He then helped me bring my bags to my room, filled the water bottle from the filter at the elevator and helped me with the lights. And he did so with such a wonderful attitude and smile. The next morning as I got off the elevator, Zihan immediately answered questions and offered to take me on the free shuttle to the city centre, stopping to hep me get money from an ATM, showing me one of the beautiful mosques and explained how to negotiate a fair price for the water taxi to see probiscis monkeys and the water village. The staff in the restaurant was exemplary. The chef who cooked my omelette brought it right to my table for me! The hostess recommended local dishes and made sure i was taken care of. The room was recently updated, with one of the most comfortable hotel mattress’ I’ve ever slept on. I can not say enough wonderful things about the service at this hotel!

The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. Raymeen suggested a boat tour to us and was really helpful and made our stay comfortable. The rooms were ok but not very 5 star hotel-like
