Quite a bit more rustic than had imagined, but good sized room, hot shower and comfy bed overcame everything. Free bikes to explore the area. Noone spoke any English and (?10 yo) daughter ’checked’ me in and showed to room, but unable to ask about anything. Spent 2 days trying to pay as eldest daughter out all day, accessed on the phone by mum who I ended up paying. Bit of a mixup with the amount …. I just paid the extra as such small amount anyway. Felt awkward that my room was almost bigger than all the family rooms. Location was good as away from hustle and bustle but close to walk in-only discovered the short cut on my last evening! Had the softest towels and the filtered water a nice touch.

Not a fan of spiral staircases… creaked a lot and felt precarious. Cdnt really have curtains open as dad was often in the opposite room.

Nice host, very helpful, spacious shower, free drinking water, bicycles available for free (old but in working condition).

Lam's homestay was perfect for our 4 night stay in Hoi An - the room was comfy and had great places to store our bags, the shower was hot and separated from the toilet (which is not always the case!), and was situated in a great part of town. Lots of shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and Lam provided some great recommendations and helped organise a tour for us too. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely clean room, fridge, TV, friendly staff and free bike rental. Extremely convenient location with restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

Todo excelente. La ubicación es perfecta porque es cerca del casco histórico pero en una zona tranquila. Tenes mucha privacidad. El baño es grande y las camas muy cómodas.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente! Host molto gentile e disponibile! Ci hanno dato le bici senza costi aggiuntivi!! La mattina avevamo chiesto se poteva farci un caffè a pagamento ma siccome non l'aveva ci ha procurato il caffè solubile da fare in camera con il bollitore che avevamo a disposizione!! Super approvato
