The owner was very lovely and answered questions promptly. Helped to arrange airport pickup and a shared shuttle bus to DaNang. Bicycle available for use was great.

Nothing negative. But would be great to fix the floor tiles in the room. A bit dangerous to step on.

The host was so welcoming and the room was perfect for a solo/couples. They're also very responsive to any questions you might have. There is drinkable water in the room and a fridge to keep the water cool. It's in a great location where you're just close enough to Old town. They also provide bikes for the guests to use which makes everything more convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

I arrived very early and was offered to stay in their home which was very kind. I didn't want to disturb them so didnt take the offer but that was very thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also loved that there was free bottled water that lasted my 4 night stay. Laundry was opposite, shops near by and cosy bed.

Great location, good fast wifi, clean, very kind helpful owner, peaceful location, spacious, great value. The best stay in Vietnam so far.

The room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. The location is in walking distance to the city center. The host offered me a bike for free, but that's not even necessary, as everything is very close.

There is no real reception. Just the grandma and the kids around.

I arrived at Xanh Lá sick and was promptly supported by a very early check in which I really appreciated. Lovely family-run property. Safe, tidy, pleasant accommodation in central Hoi An, a short ride from the historic Old Town. Highly recommend, exceptional value for money.
