住宿環境非常棒，老闆非常好客也很客氣，整體體驗非常舒適

Friendly staff to greet us with lots of helpful information. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The location was a few minutes walk from the bus which was not a problem and it was a 5 minute walk from most restaurants and close to a supermarket. Tea and coffee making facilities, no breakfast or meals on site. The town location was also good for walking up Mt Kintoki to see a great view of Mt Fuji. Also close to several museums and the lake.

There was some noise from neighbouring guests as the walls were pretty thin but they quietened off after a while, so no big deal in the end.

Being in a quieter spot while still not being too far from shops or public transport was amazing, it really helped to slow down after big days around Hakone!
