"Lovely stay"

Very cozy spot! We were happy to have Japanese countryside experience. Hosts are extremely lovely and caring. One morning, she gave us hand warmers to keep us warm. They provided us with all the information we needed around Hakone.

Windows are not very well insulated, we felt a bit of cold at night, but that was not a major issue honestly.

Friendly helpful staff, large rooms, well appointed, comfy beds and warm quilts. The common microwaves and utensils was also a great addition.

Located further away from some attractions- we hired a car which made navigating the area very manageable.

"Gorgeous place"

This was our favourite room of the entire trip. It was spacious, clean and super comfortable. It even had a closet with room for clothes. Loved the little table dining area with a view of the mountains. The host were very welcoming, kind and so helpful. I was wondering which would be the best route to start the Hakone loop and the host advice saved us time queuing on a busy long weekend. Take the S line bus to lake Ashi worked! Bonus, hosts speak English. Close to the Venetian glass museum which was terrific. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The long bus trip on the T line bus - 2 hrs from Odawara station but that's because it was a super busy long weekend. It's normally a 45 min journey along a scenic meandering road.

"האקונה מדהימה!"

מלון שממוקם על ההר בהאקונה. חדר גדול מאוד ביחס ליפן עם כל מה שצריך. נעים לשהות במיקום טוב לאטרקציות של האקונה המדהימה (שבשום אופן אסור לפספס). יש במרחק לא גדול אונסן נהדר שמאוד מומלץ.

הבעיה המרכזית היא הצוות שלא דובר אנגלית כמו שצריך. הבעלים שלח לנו מעל חמש הודעות בדרישה להגיע לפני חמש אחרת לא יקבל אותנו. וזה חייב אותנו למהר ולהגיע למקום (הגענו ברכב ויום ראשון של נהיגה ביפן). חושב שצריך להיות קצת יותר קשובים לאורחים ולצרכים שלהם. אבל המלון באמת מאוד יפה, נעים באזור ירוק ושקט ועדין מומלץ

"Loved our stay here!"

Perfect spot to stay in Hakone. Easy walk to bus stop and so easy to get to sights. Close to convenience store and restaurants.It was wonderful as not as busy as other areas! Loved it! Comfy bed and lovely lady running it. Would stay again.
