Really welcoming, from booking with excellent communication through to arrival and departure. Easy to get to via bus and a short walk. Lovely room, comfortable and clean. Really liked our stay

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse, ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr nette und aufmerksame Hosts (wir bekamen sogar Abschiedsgeschenke). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Awesome service, very clean and spacious

Very clean, spacious and in a beautiful, quiet location. The owners were lovely and welcoming and helped us with directions and restaurant recommendations.

Lovely room ,property and hosts.Very helpful and accomodating with a good briefing of the area and its attractions and transport etc even a restaurant recommendation "Monta" that we really enjoyed on our first night .Would highly recommend!

Weather was a bit ordinary,but managed to enjoy the majority of the sites and attractions we were hoping to see knowing we had comfortable place to return to daily.

A lovely escape from the hustle & bustle on our first trip navigating around Japan, google maps & a short walk from the bus stop (inclined walk) we easily found the resort, the location was in a quiet residential area with a few restaurants in walking distance ( as were convenience stores) Our welcome was the most personal & welcoming during our holiday, the owner was extremely warm & informative in helping us plan & make the best use of our time in Hakone. The resort I believe hosted approx 5 rooms, our room was modern, extremely clean, supplied with toiletries, refreshments which were replenished & were accessible in the corridor leading to our room. A welcome pack of information was in our room, referencing the local area, restaurants, history & things to do. On our early departure we were greeting by the owner again, checking all was ok & gifting us a Union Jack Sadako Bird & Mt Fuji souvenir which was so thoughtful & a small reminder of our wonderful stay in Hakone. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend to anyone visiting Hakone

There was nothing I did not like, the only point I would state is that there is a little walk & incline to the resort that needs to be considered if walking/ pulling cases.

매우 친절하고 필요한 정보를 잘 제시해 주어서 편안한 여헹이 되는데 팍 도움이 되었습니다. 숙소는 중심지에서는 떨어져 있는 지역이지만, 조용하고 깨끗한 지역에 위치해 있어 편안했습니다. 걸어서 갈만한 거리에 식당들도 여럿 있고, 주인이 제안해 주는 식당도 가격이나 분위기가 편안하고 지역 특색도 있어 좋았어요. 방은 2명이 묵기에 충분히 넓고 편안했어요.

Nice big rooms and everything was very comfortable. Free parking was available too. Probably one of the best places to stay in Hakone if you have a car
