Excellent location. We were upgraded to a lovely room, that was exceptionally large compared to European standards. Breakfast was very nice. Especially commendable omelette station had a very talented young man where we tasted one of the best omelettes.

Spa facilities were not up to standard

Fantastic location overlooking the Mirabell Gardens, beautiful short walk along the river to the old town. This is a lovely comfortable hotel, with good sized rooms. The piano bar and dining area have a relaxed vibe. The food was very good and room service really excellent, very efficient delivery and delicious! The staff are exceptional, very welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. They are professional, knowledgeable and nothing is a problem. The hotel is good value considering the service provided. When I return to Salzburg I will not stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel!!

It is excellently located and everything is within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and helpful and ever smiling. breakfast was very good catering to every kind of palette. The evening entertainment in the lounge was very enjoyable. We stayed for 5 days- wish ir\t was for a longer period..
