Excellent place. Great location. Good service.. good food. Spacious and clean rooms . Went there with my family in December.. add book 2 rooms because they did not have a room for four people. In the beginning, they did not give access to my wife and kids to the lounge, even though I’m a platinum member., but eventually they did.. apart from that the service was good. Would go back there again.

The room with the balcony is the best value.. close to many places.

There was a noise in the shower room that they couldn't fix, they offered to change to a room with a balcony for an additional fee. We insisted on not paying and it took a while before they agreed to move us free of charge.

Most of the experience was really really good. The staff tried to accomodate our needs even when some mistakes were made, they were rectified immediately

The menu in the restaurant was not good enough and did not have plenty of options. The staff in the bar was pressuring all the time not allowing us to relax

This hotel is absolutely amazing! It is luxurious, comfortable, close to the centre, cosy and relaxing to stay in. Staff is very welcoming and ready to help, whether it's reception or restaurant staff. They are so polite and happily ready to serve with a genuine smile. I wish I could stay longer at this hotel. However I will definetley be back to Salzburg and will not look for any other accommodation, except this hotel to stay with my family!!
