Wir haben ein Zimmer im letzten Stock erhalten mit Zutritt zur Clublounge, die all unsere Wünsche mehr als erfüllt hat und das alles im Preis inbegriffen! Uns hat der Aufenthalt wahnsinnig gut gefallen und wir hoffen sehr auf eine baldige Wiederholung.

Camas muito confortáveis, quartos espaçosos, espaços comuns limpos.

O pequeno-almoço não tem boa relação qualidade-preço, é pouco variado e a fruta não é particularmente fresca.

Excellent, knowledgeable & friendly staff and a special mention goes for Erdi, who was going out of his way to help if anything needed.

Leider war das 3 Bett nicht vorbereitet!! Heizung war auch sehr kühl eingestellt!! Bedienung war nicht ersichtlich! Sonst soweit alles in Ordnung!

Good location.

When I made the reservation, I marked that I prefer a room facing south and far from the noise. I arrived just before 3 pm, one of the earliest to be registered, so there must be suitable rooms. However, the staff assigned me a room on the lowest floor (with outdated decoration, unlike the upper, newly modeled ones), facing the north street, and the closest to the lifts. I don't understand why. Because we are Asian? Haven't we paid the hotel the same price as others? Does my request hold any significance for you? We felt discrimination, which was a special "welcome" from this beautiful city. Even if you are in another color, you can also try. But mind that there will be something they won't tell you, until you occasionally discover by yourself. 当我预订时，我已注明希望入住朝南且远离噪音的房间。我于下午3点前片刻办理入住手续，是当天最早抵达并办理入住的客人之一，因此应该有合适的房间。但工作人员却给我安排了底层的房间（装修陈旧，与楼上新装修的房间完全不同），朝北街道，且距离电梯最近。我不明白为什么。难道因为我们是亚洲人？难道我们没有和其他客人支付相同的房费吗？我的要求对你们来说意味着什么？我们感到受到了歧视，这是一种糟糕的体验。即使你属于其他种族，也可以尝试。但请注意，他们可能不会告诉你某些事情，直到你偶然自己发现。

Der Service an der Piano-Bar war sehr aufmerksam und man hat auch nach 23:00 Uhr, nach den Aufführungen an den Festspielen, etwas warmes zu Essen bekommen.
