Excellent staff who are very kind and looking to meet guests expectation, helping us with useful recommendations. Locations is by my opinion the best in Salzburg, easily accessed by car and located just near by Mirabel garden and park. Breakfast and restaurant was very delicious and worth of money.

Good location and helpful staff. Didn’t eat in restaurant but bar food good.

A couple of issues with room on arrival. Safe not working, sink stopper stuck and room phone not working. All issues were resolved by next day
