"5 stars because of the staff"

Stayed here on October 25, 2025, after missing our flight due to delays and chaos on arrival with NCL Escape. Had booked the last room they had on Booking.com, but something happened there so it was not valid. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful, and we found out we had rooms through NCL. The hotel needs some TLC, but the staff makes up for the wear and tear. Big thanks to Stacy and Nicole who sorted it out. 5 stars because of the staff.

"Having a comfortable room, availability of the shuttle for our early flight, made our stay very good"

Close to airport; nice having the restaurant in lobby due to bad weather, easy to use the shuttle to the airport, comfortable and quiet room with a great bed.

We were told that check-in would be later than posted due to the fact that they were running late. We arrived after a hard drive in pouring rain and had to wait in lobby for quite a while.
