Staff is very customer centric. I left my prescription sunglass in the room before checking out. I called a day later, the hotel front desk got me connected to House keeping person Reina, and in midst of her lunch time, she was able to find my sunglasses and called me back and suggested me to reach out to Hotel Mgr Steve how to get this returned back. I spoke to Steve, and he went out of his way to get it mailed back. I was very impressed by both Reina and Steve for their extremely great customer focus. I have stayed in this hotel couple of time on my business trip and staff in general is friendly at this hotel. Room, bed & bathroom (those are my top criteria for hotel selection) are very clean. I would strongly recommend this hotel, Hotel is very conveniently located esp if you are catching an early morning flight, take advantage of the free shuttle drop to the airport.
