Great stay! The hotel was welcoming, and Maja W at the reception was especially friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Situated in the old town and just by the river, it offered a great view from our window. The room was clean as expected and the service didn't disappoint. Breakfast could get quite crowded as the area was shared with the next door "Radisson Red" hotel, but the breakfast itself was superb.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Radisson Hotel & Apartments Gdansk. Even the first contact via email with the reservations team was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff were friendly and service-oriented, and check-in was smooth, even with a large group reservation. The room was excellent, with a wonderful river view and a welcome gift. As a Radisson Rewards member, I felt that my loyalty to the Radisson Hotel Group was recognized. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent, with both buffet and à la carte options. High-quality jams and chocolate spread, excellent coffee, and takeaway cups at the coffee machines were available, though hand sanitization at the buffet was missing. However, one staff member on one morning was unfriendly. Wifi was reliable throughout the hotel. The spa is very nice, though floors were slippery and jets required manual activation by the lifeguard. A downside was a persistent humming/vibrating noise in the room from early morning until late evening (subtle but noticeable for my sensitive hearing). The staff offered a room change but the issue seemed to be present throughout the building. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service, comfort, and amenities, and I would recommend it, especially for its perfect location and the professionalism of the staff.

Alt var godt udover at der var en meget dårlig lugt på badeværelset. Det blev rengjort flere gange af housekeeping men lugten var forfærdelig og kom ikke væk

Nice and modern hotel in the center of Gdansk. I will definitely come again.
