The lounge at the front was great. I believe the pool should be free for guests. Safety was a bit lacking, laundry service very expensive

The hotel is very centrally located, just a short walk from the Old Town. We had a lovely view of the canal from our room, which really made the stay special. Like most hotel rooms in Gdansk, the room was on the smaller side, but it worked just fine. The only issue was that I kept bumping my leg into the desk they had squeezed in, not a big deal, but a bit of a tight fit! Breakfast had a good selection, although the breakfast area could get a little crowded at times. Bathrobes are not included in the room, but you can ask for them at reception. The spa was beautiful and relaxing, just make sure to book your time slot in advance.

The hotel was in a very good location, very clean, and felt new. The spa was very nice but small details like doors that do not open fully, both in the spa and in the room, took away from the overall experience. It was also disappointing that although we requested separate beds, this was not arranged. That said, it was still a very good stay overall and I can recommend the hotel to others.

Wry good

Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist gut: Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, auch Hauptbahnhof und Anbindung zum Flughafen sind gut. Das Zimmer war ok und sauber. Das Fenster lies dich leider nicht öffnen. Und Achtung: Wir hatten nicht die gebuchten 2 Einzelbetten bekommen, sondern mussten uns mit einem 1,40m breiten Bett begnügen. Für zwei erwachsene Menschen nicht unbedingt ein Vergnügen.

Spa-anlegget var nok den største skuffelsen: herre-dusjen fungerte ikke, finsk sauna ute av drift, bassenget var kjølig, og jacuzzi var 100% okkupert av samme familie hele den drøye timen vi var der. Dusjen på rommet var god men hadde dårlig fall og tett sluk, så der må man være varsom for å unngå oversvømmelse! Så å kalle det lille rommet mot bakgaten i 2.etg vi fikk «superior» var i drøyeste laget… Location kan vi ikke klage på derimot, der får de toppscore.

Helt greit Hotel, men alt for dyrt. Standarden på hotellet matcher ikke prisen.
