Run down and dirty. Several issues with room. Not happy with this rental.

Hair in multiple “clean” towels, mold in the shower, ceiling peeling in the shower, shower head not working properly, and no toilet paper when we arrived. This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel.

Not good

Our convention is changing venues next year. We’ve personally stayed here two years in a row. The hotel will lose a lot of business when the convention moves, and the staff this year was downright rude. Based on this year’s experience, we will not choose to stay at this hotel again for any reason, which is unfortunate, because I really liked it here last year.

The first room I was assigned had a broken door key lock. The replacement second room key worked okay. There was load hammering across from my room on the broken elevator at 8 AM after a 2 AM check in. The front desk said they were sorry but they were short of rooms. Also there was no liquid or bar soap in the room, even in the shower. I returned to the hotel 5 days later and also there was no soap in a different room. I guess they were out of soap for the week. Probably won't return.

The property was way outdated and dirty. Only one elevator was working, and it was never cleaned, cereal, dirt and wrappers were on the floor of the elevator the entire time I was there, which was 3 nights. Lisa, who works the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met! Our children were having breakfast in the lobby (as the hotel rooms are too small to eat in), Lisa came over and told us we need to eat in our room, in an extreme rude way. I informed, Lisa we have been eating here since we checked in 3 day ago and was never informed that we could not eat here. I also mentioned that there is not a sign stating no eating in this area. Lisa went on saying it is the rule and we need to take the food to our room. I asked if the children could finish their breakfast and she said no, you need to take the food to your room! My husband and I were in shocked at the way we were treated, especially in-front of the children. We went to our room as directed by Lisa, and I went and asked to speak with the manager. At first Lisa told me that I could not speak with the manager. I informed her I will call and request to speak with the manager. Lisa then said, wait I will see if the manager is available. Stuart, the manager came out to speak with me. He expressed his concern and apologized for what happened. He advised that the lobby area is for guest to eat and Lisa was in the wrong for what she did.

My stayed there for it was supposed to be four night Stayed three nights no one ever came in and cleaned our executive suite never made the bed ran out of one roll of toilet paper. I had to call for new towels and more toilet paper and they brought two towels and no one spoke English. I had to talk into their phone to communicate will not be staying here again.

For the price the room was outdated, bathroom needs reno. We stayed in the West tower on the 6th floor, right next to the highway. All night you could hear the cars passing by. No blackout curtains.

This property was the perfect location. Easy to get to the "hot" spots near Fore st.
