I arrived to hotel and was given a room on the 7 th floor. Upon entering the room smelled like an ashtray. After addressing issue to the staff, I. was told that it is impossible because hotel is non smoking, however I was offered another room on the second floor. Very disappointed with 4 star hotel.

"Disappointed and over priced!"

Was given a handicap room and I am not handicap. First room deadbolt would not lock. Someone tried to fix but couldn’t. Switched to another room, handicapped also, deadbolt would not lock. I ended up moving furniture and my luggage by the bed to act as a lock. The bathroom had no hand soap by the sink nor any body wash in the shower. The bottle was attached to the wall so i assumed it had some in it. The lamp on the desk did not work. Overall, not worth $214 maybe a motel 6 price.

The TV did not work and the rooms were not cleaned while we were out. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

The room was dated. Not so all like the pictures online. The toilet was a kids toilet and the shower was not the cleanest.

"Not a four-star hotel"

Definitely not a four-star hotel. Massive line at check in, no towels or toilet paper in bathroom when we arrived, and no daily room cleaning. Location is convenient and pool was a nice amenity.
