It was a perfect location. We walked to the hockey game from the hotel. The staff was very nice

Great location right in the heart if the Arena district. Walked back to the hotel at 11pm and the area felt completely safe.

Hot tub was down for maintenance while there.

The location

Very nosing room. It sounded like a window was open. Also, they charge a $50 security deposit that they, or booking.com doesn't tell you about until checking in. I use a different card when staying out of town so I had moved the amount for the stay from one account to another. I ended up having use another account. Please add this to the details for the next time.

Location.

I booked a King room. Once they checked me in and I went up to my room i discovered we had two double beds. I called the front desk and told them this was not the room i booked they then informed me the hotel had over booked and since I had booked with a 3rd party the room I booked was not guarinteend so they moved me. Said they would comp me their $15 brkfast and there was nothing more they could do. The matress was terrible so did not get much sleep.
